Lexington Court Garden Club
of Peters Township, PA is a local group of ladies that meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 12:30pm, except the in summer. Every meeting we have a potluck luncheon, catch up with friends, and have a speaker. There is babysitting provided for small children.
We are involved in the community and have a number of philanthropies. We proudly support Genesis and Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania. We donate paper goods to these amazing organizations throughout the year. We also collect and donate food for Thanksgiving dinners and baked goods before Christmas.
The Garden Club also provides a $500 scholarship to an outstanding student that attend Peters Township High school.
In addition to those we also have Christmas Tree Raffle at Peters Township Library. Half of the money collected from the tickets is given back to the library.
We also help Peters Township by maintaining a Flowerbed Plot on the corner of East McMurray Road and Thomas Road, next to the Montour Trail Parking/Entrance.
